چکیده

In this paper, a single humidity sensor for water vapor and heavy oxygen detection is presented. The based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) thus has high sensitivity, good selectivity, short response time. A 1372 nm distributed feedback (DFB) utilized as the light source, wavelength tuning range of which covers lines vapor. Herriott gas cell with 12 m optical length designed signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) enhancement. can distinguish between effectively. accuracy within ±0.5% RH. ±1.0%

Sol-gel-based, planar waveguide sensor for water vapor.

A water vapor sensor based on a combination of sol-gel processing and planar optical waveguide technologies has been developed. The indicator erythrosin B was entrapped in a thin sol-gel film (thickness ∼100 nm) prepared from methyltriethoxysilane, dimethyldiethoxysilane, and tetraethoxysilane. This dye exhibits an increase in absorbance in the presence of liquid or gaseous water. The sol-gel l...

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water

abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...

Estimation and Analysis of Precipitable Water Vapor Using GPS Data and Satellite Altimeter

Determination of water vapor in the atmosphere plays an important role in forecasting weather conditions and precipitation studies. For this reason, it is very important to study the tropospheric delay, especially the wet component, which is due to the presence of water vapor in the atmosphere. In this paper, the amount of water vapor was estimated by altimeter satellite radiometer and GPS data...

Design and performance of a high-stability water vapor radiometer

[1] The design of two new high-stability microwave water vapor radiometers is presented along with a performance evaluation. The radiometers operate next to a spacecraft tracking station at NASA’s Goldstone facility in California, where they will be used to calibrate tropospheric path delay fluctuations during an upcoming gravity-wave search experiment (GWE) involving the Cassini spacecraft. BD circulation and water vapor

The compact relationship between stratospheric temperatures (as well as ozone) and tropospheric generated planetary wave activity have been widely discussed. Higher wave activity leads to a strengthening of the Brewer-Dobson (BD) circulation, which results in warmer/colder temperatures in the polar/tropical stratosphere. The influence 5 of this wave activity on stratospheric water vapor (WV) is...
